Description

GÜCÜM GMP and GVP series liquid ring two-stage vacuum pumps stand out for their classic design and long service life; cavitation is less of a problem than with their single-stage counterparts.

Any kind of gas or vapour can be evacuated, and a small amount of liquid as well. Compression of the drawn gas is largely isothermal and the rotating parts make no metallic contact. Because they run oil-free, the drawn gases never come into contact with oil.

The pumps evacuate dry and moist (vapour-laden) gases and a certain amount of water, in any application requiring an absolute pressure between 1013 and 33 mbar. A continuous service water supply is required; sealing is by standard mechanical seal.
