Single-Stage Vacuum Pumps

Single-Stage Vacuum Pumps

Single-Stage Vacuum Pumps

High flow rate, lower energy consumption.

The stage plates are made of stainless steel.

They operate safely and efficiently.

They can handle all types of gases and steam.

They operate quietly and without vibration.

They require no internal lubrication.

Operating and capital costs are low.

They operate at high efficiency for long periods without requiring maintenance.

Rotating parts do not make metallic contact.

With a wide range of material options, they can be used in any environment.

The compression of the extracted gases is virtually isothermal.

They can also extract small amounts of liquid along with the gas.

Description

GÜCÜM GMVT and GMPT series liquid ring single-stage vacuum pumps are designed for high flow at low energy consumption. The stage plates are stainless steel and the pumps run quietly and without vibration.

They can draw any kind of gas or vapour, and a small amount of liquid as well. Because they run oil-free, the drawn gases never come into contact with oil. They are used to evacuate dry and moist gases wherever the absolute pressure has to be pulled below 1013 mbar.

The pump must be fed continuously with service water; the discharged water can be separated from the gas and reused. It is driven directly by the electric motor without a coupling. Seen from the motor, the shaft turns clockwise.
