Centrifugal Pumps ISO 5199 / ISO 2858 / DIN 24256 / API 685

The GREENPUMPS GPCA SS316 Centrifugal Magnetic Drive Seal-Less Pump Series is manufactured in accordance with ISO 5199, ISO 2858, and DIN 24256 standards.

They are designed and manufactured to provide high efficiency and a low NPSHr value. Options are available with a closed-coupled configuration, where the motor is directly connected to the pump, or with a long-coupled configuration, where a coupling is located between the pump and the motor.

They are also available in compliance with API 685 standards.

All GREENPUMPS pumps are designed to ensure zero leakage even under extreme operating conditions, thanks to their structural features.

The absence of mechanical seals or packing eliminates hazardous emissions, thereby protecting the environment and workers.

Description

Pump Design: The pump, which features an END suction and TOP discharge configuration, does not require the air inside to be purged via a "Vent" procedure before startup. Air is automatically expelled through the discharge nozzle (Self-Priming).

Impeller Balancing: The impeller is balanced using balanced rear vanes; balancing holes are not used, which provides a significant advantage in environments with low boiling points.

Casing: Designed to reduce magnetic losses, it is made of HC276 or entirely of titanium.

These pumps have a high MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) value because they contain few rotating parts.

Low maintenance costs, as the pump is designed with many interchangeable parts (thrust bearings, stationary bearings, sleeve bearings, and shaft) that can be easily swapped with those of other models of the same size.

High MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)

High-torque cobalt magnets

Pumps compliant with the ATEX EX II 2 G category are also available.
