Description
Pump Design: The pump, which features an END suction and TOP discharge configuration, does not require the air inside to be purged via a "Vent" procedure before startup. Air is automatically expelled through the discharge nozzle (Self-Priming).
Impeller Balancing: The impeller is balanced using balanced rear vanes; balancing holes are not used, which provides a significant advantage in environments with low boiling points.
Casing: Designed to reduce magnetic losses, it is made of HC276 or entirely of titanium.
These pumps have a high MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) value because they contain few rotating parts.
Low maintenance costs, as the pump is designed with many interchangeable parts (thrust bearings, stationary bearings, sleeve bearings, and shaft) that can be easily swapped with those of other models of the same size.
High MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
High-torque cobalt magnets
Pumps compliant with the ATEX EX II 2 G category are also available.
