AP 30E Electric Diaphragm Pump
AP 30E Electric Diaphragm Pump: A 3" threaded-connection, electric motor-driven diaphragm pump with a capacity of 30 m³/h.
Electric diaphragm pumps operate without requiring a compressed air system; their diaphragm-based, seal-less design ensures leak-free fluid transfer.
It is manufactured with aluminum or polypropylene housing options; Neoprene and Santoprene alternatives are available for the internal components and diaphragm.
Material selection is based on the fluid being handled: the polypropylene housing is suitable for transferring acids and alkalis.
The discharge head is 50 mss, the maximum suction lift is 6–8 m, and it can transfer liquids containing solid particles up to 8 mm in size.
It is driven by a 4 kW electric motor operating on a 380-volt, 50-Hz power supply; the operating speed is 76 rpm, the fluid volume per stroke is 6.58 liters/stroke, and the noise level is 90 dBA.
In facilities without a compressed air line, it offers the advantages of a diaphragm pump with electric drive.
