AP 300 High-Pressure Pump

Aflow Diaphragm Pumps

AP 300 High-Pressure Pump

The AP 300 High-Pressure Pump, a high-pressure air-operated diaphragm pump, is available with a 3-inch threaded connection; its capacity ranges from 0 to 440 liters per minute.

Its operating principle relies on compressed air alternately moving two diaphragms; this seal-less design eliminates the risk of leakage. The pump is self-priming, resistant to dry running, and its flow rate can be continuously adjusted via air pressure.

The pump housing is available in Aluminum, Cast Iron, and Stainless Steel (316); for the diaphragm and internal components in contact with the fluid, options include Neoprene, Buna-N, Viton, Santoprene, and EPDM.

The stainless steel option is preferred for corrosive liquids and processes requiring high hygiene standards.

The maximum suction lift is 6–8 m, and the discharge head is 0–168 mss; it can be used with liquids containing solids up to 8 mm in diameter.

Compressed air in the 0–8.4 bar range is sufficient for drive; it consumes 33–235 m³/h of air via a 3/4" air connection.

Thanks to its increased discharge distance, it comes into play where standard diaphragm pumps fall short in lines with high back pressure.
