AP 30 Hygienic Diaphragm Pump

AP 30 Hygienic Diaphragm Pump: A hygienic air-operated diaphragm pump with 3" (76 mm) Tri-Clamp connections, operating within a capacity range of 0–894 liters per minute.

The double diaphragm, driven by compressed air, provides a leak-free transfer without the need for a packing gland; the pump is self-priming and is not damaged by dry running or closed valve (deadhead) conditions.

The housing is made of 316L stainless steel; Teflon, Santoprene, and EPDM materials can be used for the diaphragm and internal parts that come into contact with the fluid.

The appropriate combination can be selected based on the chemical being pumped; the stainless steel option is preferred for corrosive liquids and processes requiring hygiene; the Teflon diaphragm option allows for use with aggressive solvents.

The maximum suction head is 6–8 m, and the discharge head is 0–84 mss; it can be used with liquids containing solids up to 8 mm in diameter.

The operating air pressure is 0–8.4 bar, the air connection is 3/4", and the air consumption is 33–235 m³/h.

In the series designed for hygiene-sensitive processes such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, Tri-Clamp connections can be disassembled without tools, enabling quick cleaning.
