AP 20E Electric Diaphragm Pump

The AP 20E Electric Diaphragm Pump is an electric motor-driven diaphragm pump featuring a 2" threaded connection and a capacity of 15 m³/h.

The electric motor eliminates the need for a compressor; the diaphragm design ensures leak-free operation without the use of packing.

The pump housing is available in aluminum or polypropylene; neoprene and santoprene options are available for the diaphragm and internal components in contact with the fluid.

The polypropylene housing is suitable for transferring acids and alkalis.

It provides a discharge head of 50 mss and a suction lift of 6–8 m; it can handle fluids containing solid particles up to 6 mm in size.

Drive is provided by a 3 kW electric motor powered by a 380-volt, 50-Hz supply; the motor operates at 76 rpm and delivers 3.30 liters per stroke. The noise level is 70 dBA.

Thanks to its electric drive, it allows for the use of diaphragm pumps even in facilities without compressors.
