AP 10E Electric Diaphragm Pump
The AP 10E Electric Diaphragm Pump, an electric motor-driven diaphragm pump, is available with a 1" threaded, flanged connection; its capacity is 4.5 m³/h.
Since it is powered by an electric motor rather than compressed air, there is no air consumption; its seal-less diaphragm design ensures leak-free transfer.
The housing material can be selected from aluminum, polypropylene, PVDF, or 316 stainless steel; for the diaphragm and internal parts in contact with the fluid, materials such as Neoprene, Santoprene, Teflon, FKM, EPDM, and BUNA-N can be used.
Material selection is based on the fluid used in the application: the PVDF (Kynar) option provides high resistance to aggressive chemicals; the polypropylene housing is suitable for transferring acids and alkalis.
The maximum suction lift is 6–8 m, and the discharge head is 50 mss; it can be used with liquids containing solids up to 6 mm in diameter.
It is driven by a 1.1 kW electric motor operating on a 380-volt, 50-Hz power supply; the operating speed is 100 rpm.
In facilities without a compressed air line, it offers the advantages of a diaphragm pump with electric drive.
