AP 200 High-Pressure Pump

Aflow Diaphragm Pumps

AP 200 High-Pressure Pump

The AP 200 High-Pressure Pump is a high-pressure air-operated diaphragm pump featuring a 2-inch threaded connection and a capacity range of 0–280 liters per minute.

Air-operated diaphragm pumps operate on the principle of dual diaphragms that move alternately with compressed air; their seal-less design ensures leak-free transfer, they are self-priming, and they are not damaged by dry running.

It is manufactured with housing options in aluminum, cast iron, and stainless steel (316); alternatives for internal components and diaphragms include Neoprene, Buna-N, Viton, Santoprene, and EPDM.

The appropriate combination can be selected based on the pumped chemical; the stainless steel option is preferred for corrosive liquids and processes requiring hygiene.

It offers a discharge head of 0–168 mss and a suction lift of 6–8 m; it can handle fluids containing solid particles up to 6 mm in size.

The operating air pressure is 0–8.4 bar, the air connection is 3/4", and the air consumption is specified as 33–169 m³/h.

This series is designed for transfer applications requiring high pressure, with a discharge head exceeding that of standard models.
