AP 100 High-Pressure Pump
AP 100 High-Pressure Pump: A high-pressure air-operated diaphragm pump with a 1-inch threaded connection, operating within a capacity range of 0–80 liters per minute.
The double diaphragm, driven by compressed air, provides a leak-free transfer without the need for packing; the pump is self-priming and is not damaged by dry running or closed valve (deadhead) conditions.
The housing material can be selected from aluminum, cast iron, or stainless steel (316); materials such as Neoprene, Buna-N, Viton, Santoprene, and EPDM can be used for the diaphragm and internal parts that come into contact with the fluid.
The appropriate combination can be selected based on the pumped chemical; the stainless steel option is preferred for corrosive liquids and processes requiring hygiene.
The discharge head ranges from 0 to 168 mss, the maximum suction lift is 6–8 m, and the pump can transfer liquids containing solid particles up to 4 mm in size.
The operating air pressure is 0–8.4 bar, the air connection is 1/2", and the air consumption is 10–67 m³/h.
This series is designed for transfer applications requiring high pressure, with a discharge distance exceeding that of standard models.
