AP 10 Pump with Metallic Diaphragm
AP 10 Metal Diaphragm Pump: A metal-bodied, air-operated diaphragm pump with a 1" threaded connection, operating within a capacity range of 0–160 liters per minute.
The double diaphragm, driven by compressed air, provides a leak-free transfer without the need for a packing gland; the pump is self-priming and is not damaged by dry running or closed valve (deadhead) conditions.
The housing material can be selected from aluminum, cast iron, or stainless steel (316); materials such as Neoprene, Buna-N, Teflon, Viton, Santoprene, and EPDM can be used for the diaphragm and internal parts that come into contact with the fluid.
The stainless steel option is preferred for corrosive liquids and processes requiring hygiene; the Teflon diaphragm option allows for use with aggressive solvents.
The maximum suction lift is 6–8 m, and the discharge head is 0–84 mss; it can be used with liquids containing solids up to 4 mm in diameter.
The operating air pressure is 0–8.4 bar, the air connection is 1/2", and the air consumption is specified as 10–67 m³/h.
Its durable metal housing makes the pump suitable for industrial environments with high mechanical stress.
