GREENPUMPS GPC Seal-Less Plastic Centrifugal Pumps are designed and manufactured for medium-duty applications.

GPC pumps are manufactured using solid extruded rod and block plastic materials to provide resistance against internal and/or external corrosion. The thick-walled, machined construction provides greater resistance to prevent the passage and spread of corrosive liquids.

Furthermore, the material’s strength and thermal stability prevent deformation even in the most demanding applications. All GREENPUMPS pumps are designed to ensure zero leakage even under extreme operating conditions, thanks to their structural characteristics.

The absence of mechanical seals or packing gaskets eliminates hazardous emissions, thereby protecting the environment and workers.

The GREENPUMPS GPC Plastic Centrifugal Pump can maintain its design head and flow rate under long-term operating conditions.

Temperature Range:

For PVDF: -30°C (-22 °F) to 90°C (194°F)

For PP: -30°C (-22 °F) to 65°C (149°F)

System Pressure Rating: Varies between 4 bar (58 PSI) and 10 bar (145 PSI) depending on the model and material

High-torque neodymium magnets (clutch)

Thick housing wall construction

Silicon carbide shaft

Optional high-purity ceramic or silicon carbide (SiC) thrust bearings
