DESIGN FEATURES

In-line (straight-pipe) monoblock centrifugal pumps with a volute casing, single-stage, and closed impeller.

Designed in accordance with EU Regulation 547/2012 on energy efficiency.

Suction and discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092-2 / PN 16. For pumps with steel or stainless steel casing materials, the flanges comply with TS EN 1092-1 / PN 16. Pumps with ANSI/ASME flanges can also be manufactured upon request.

The pumps are equipped with high-efficiency electric motors compliant with IEC frame sizes.

All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 Class 6.3.

Axial forces are balanced by the impeller balancing hole system.

The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the motor side.

Upon request, the pumps can be manufactured with wear rings and/or shaft sleeves.

The pump shaft is connected to the motor shaft via a spline shaft or a rigid coupling, and the pump’s axial and radial forces are supported by the motor bearings.

For the 200-340 pump, the discharge size is DN 200 and the suction size is DN 250.
